in a fortune cookie(or some book), confucius (or someone else, my memory fails me) said, something to the effect of "the more you know, the more you forgive".

Its actually "the more you know, the more you forget"
Well, then if confucius said, that, I'd just have to take credit for the new quote...cause i like this one better..."the more you know, the more you forgive..."
