a scrap..

a series of events that began at, or before, the creation of the universe led to this moment in space and time. the events that have occurred during this period may be dissected by science and eventually explained, but what about what happened next?
a spark of emotion deep inside me, elicited a smile, followed by the sudden compulsion to say something given that I was here. say anything, it didn't matter what.
that emotional reaction and impulse to act, is the only significant phenomenon that we might revere in this experience we call life.
science may break down and dissect this last remaining mystery, but may mankind experience it, always.

bascially was staring at his smiling face or Orkut, when i smiled myself.
all this happened after reading some crazy cog sci stuff, where these (we) scientists dissected the human experience and reduced it to a few funky formulae.
now my thoughts were on emotions (i.e. me smiling on looking at his smiling face), cause i'm planning to study emotions myself. so the post was a self critical post in a way.
